“A successful all natural water birth of a healthy little boy at The Birth Center was my ultimate goal during my pregnancy in December. At 37 weeks I was told my baby was breech and unless I figured out a way to get him to flip into position, I would not be able to deliver there. My midwife had suggested for me to seek assistance from a chiropractor.  After searching around online, I stumbled upon Dr. Brenda Fairchild, who to my surprise specialized in exactly what I was working for! At the end of my first appointment with Dr. Brenda, I knew I made the right choice. After visiting with her I knew that she genuinely cared about me and my baby.  She gave me her personal contact information so I could contact her anytime the day or night.  After three appointments with Dr. Brenda in my 37th week, she had successfully flipped my stubborn baby into the head down position. I continued to see her throughout my 40th week just to make sure he stayed down, which he did.  My delivery was completely different[from first] and I contribute that to the sessions I had with Dr. Brenda. My labor was a breeze!! My contractions were manageable. I pushed for about two contractions until little Bryson was born. Honestly it was painless! My children have suffered from allergies, asthma, ear infections and various digestive issues and were on a multitude of medication.  If that wasn’t enough our youngest son was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. I was in search of understanding the bigger picture and any underlying causes instead of continuing to treat the symptoms.
A good friend recommended the practice and after meeting with Dr. Brenda I was so relieved and felt like I could see the light at the end of the tunnel. I was seeing Dr. Brenda once a week this summer and she was helping me prepare for the birth of baby #2. I was hoping to avoid an induction or a c-section. Well everything turned out great! I woke to spontaneous labor pains around midnight on August 19th. I was at the hospital by 2:30 a.m. and had the baby vaginally by 5:10 a.m. It was a much more satisfying and relatively easy delivery compared to my first! I pushed for maybe 30 minutes and he was out! I am so much happier now postpartum and am doing well physically. Thanks so much for helping to align me, get me mentally prepared, and using that clary sage oil on me! I definitely feel that seeing Dr. Brenda contributed to positively to my birth experience.

“All I can say is Dr. Brenda has seen me through some of the biggest events in my life.  When I first came to Dr. Brenda in October, 2011 I was having pain in my entire back from working in retail.  On my first visit we discussed other concerns and I had mentioned that I was getting ready to start our 2nd  IVF treatment.  She started to explain how chiropractic care can help with preventing illnesses, infertility, pregnancy, and child birth.  It was interesting that she noticed my pelvis was rotating which could present problems during pregnancy and delivery then we discussed how the different back muscles and abdominal muscles work together to support you during pregnancy and how it helps increase blood flow to the uterus. I had never heard that chiropractic care could help with infertility or that you could receive treatments during pregnancy.  Dr. Brenda even discussed the benefits of using acupuncture along with the chiropractic treatments to help with the stress of IVF and also to also help with blood flow to support a pregnancy.”

“At 18 weeks pregnant, I began experiencing sciatic nerve pain. Having previously experienced this in my last pregnancy, I thought I would just have to tough it out until delivery. After several weeks of pain, I mentioned it to my midwife and she recommended seeing a Webster Certified chiropractor. My search for a provider led me to Dr. Brenda. I had my first visit with her when I was 30 weeks pregnant. After two visits my pain had improved tremendously and was essentially gone. I continued seeing her to make sure my alignment was maintained and the baby (previously breech) stayed in a good position. At 36 weeks though, he had other ideas and turned frank breech again. I saw Dr. Brenda that night and throughout the weekend and was able to avoid an external version scheduled for the following Tuesday (4 days after finding out he was breech again). The baby stayed Vertex from that point forward and all is well. Thank you Dr. Brenda for taking such good care of our new baby boy and me.”

My husband and I had tried for several years to get pregnant. Six months after a loss we decided to see a reproductive specialist. After many tests, I ended up having to get surgery.  Months had passed and we were still not making progress. Remembering my initial meeting with Dr. Brenda, I made an appointment.
