Brain Builders

Welcome to our Brain Builders 6-week Program: Helping Kids (and Adults) Learn Through Movement!

The 6-week course will help make learning and working from home less stressful and more successful!

Each week there will be new brain exercises to help calm the brain and help you and your child to focus better for work and school. There will also be “Sensational Activities” which are fun and creative for learning and development. Also included in the program is a health “Sensational Snack,” which will be packed of protein, easy to make, and healthy for the brain and body.

The program is FREE and each week we will add a new PDF for you to follow. Please feel free to download and share with friends, family, and your teachers to join in on the fun!
